Role Responsibilities

  1. Draft and enforce design standards for various elements such as logo, ppt template etc. from a uniform branding perspective

  2. Assist other teams with generating marketing collateral – Slide Decks/ Website/ Video/ Brochure

  3. Brainstorm with the teams in generating a script for Video/ Storyboard for PPT

  4. Interact with the Creative Design team in creating the appropriate content

  5. Provide critical feedback, work with Other teams and the Creative Design Team to iterate and improve the quality of the collateral

Expected Skill Sets

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

  3. Knowledge of graphic design best practices and principles

  4. Knowledge of web usability and interaction design for Rich Internet Applications

  5. Experience with Photoshop/ Dreamweaver

  6. Previous experience with marketing and publicity is a PLUS

Role Responsibilities

  1. Assist other teams with generating marketing collateral – Slide Decks/ Website/ Video/ Brochure

  2. Brainstorm with the teams in generating a script for Video/ Storyboard for PPT

  3. Understand the audience and turn the content given into a great marketing material

  4. Work with Other teams to iterate and improve the quality of the collateral

  5. Assist in designing templates for Newsletter, Chairman’s Quarterly Message, Annual Report and the Sandpaper 2.0

Expected Skill Sets

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

  3. Knowledge of graphic design best practices and principles

  4. Knowledge of web usability and interaction design for Rich Internet Applications

  5. Experience with Photoshop/ Dreamweaver

  6. Experience with Maya, Camtasia and other video recording tools

  7. Previous experience with marketing and publicity is a PLUS

  8. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, WordPress is a PLUS

  9. Experience with Departments of CCTV/ Photography is a PLUS

  10. Past Experience with Short Film/ Ads is a PLUS

  3. Establish and maintain relationships with journalists and market various stories generated for media traction

  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key bloggers and market various stories generated for media traction
